Our Senior Pastor Dennis Sanders and his wife Giovy, are a couple after God’s own heart. They serve the body of Christ with great passion and are both committed to seeing people advance in the Kingdom of God. Bishop Sanders has pursued God’s calling in his life for 25 years and we have been blessed to have him as our Senior Pastor at the Terre Haute Church of God since 2001. Pastor Dennis’ and Giovy’s vision for ministry reaches far beyond the boundaries of the Terre Haute Church of God. For them, there are no borders when it comes to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.Pastor Sanders received his Ordination as Bishop through the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) and Giovy is pursuing her PhD in Education with an Emphasis in Organizational Leadership. The Sanders’ share a beautiful family that is quickly growing. They have three beautiful children and five amazing grandbabies!

God has placed a deep desire in my heart to bring biblical truth for everyone seeking to realize their God given potential and their God ordained purpose. For 25 years I have sought out God’s will not only for my life but for His church as well. I count it an honor to be part of Kingdom purpose.
However, our vision at THCOG reaches far beyond Terre Haute, Indiana. There are no borders when it comes to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and I am excited to know we could be taking this journey together.
